Frontbend practice




The practice of the forward bend in yoga and contortions can be beneficial to health if done correctly and safely. Some potential benefits include improved flexibility, increased range of motion in the hips and spine, and improved posture. However, it is important to approach these practices with caution and always listen to your body. Pushing too hard or trying to do difficult poses before I’m ready can cause injury.

Aesthetically, I find the front bands to be impressive and visually appealing. However, it is important to remember that the focus should be on the physical benefits of these practices and not on the desire to achieve a certain appearance. Yoga and curvature connects with my body and promotes overall health and wellness.
